Allan Payne is Founder and President of Allan Payne & Associates, Inc., a firm that has specialized for 17 years in Human Resources Management. This includes helping executives plan their leadership and human resources talent using the innovative new product, “Talent Snapshot™.”  Allan uses world-class selection instrumentation to ensure the best hires, promotions and job movements, and brings a host of solutions to companies to develop and reward their key talent.

Chuck Proudfit is the Founder and President of SKILLSOURCE™, which delivers business consulting, training, coaching and networking services on a national basis. A prominent player in the Greater Cincinnati business community, Chuck has successfully built several businesses of his own. Alongside his staff, he has helped hundreds of clients achieve the sustainable sales and profit growth for which SKILLSOURCE™ is highly regarded.

Jackie Messersmith is the Founder and President of Workflow Dynamics, which promises to improve the financial and operating performance of their clients. Success as a consultant and business owner has resulted from her dedicated commitment to the vision of Workflow by improving the human interactions that take place in daily work. Her career has been devoted to designing total workplace solutions that increase profitability, productivity, workforce satisfaction and ultimately growth for clients.
